"Wasted: Feed the Folks, Starve the Landfills" will be held Friday, July 12, on the University of Northern Iowa campus. This one-day event will focus on exploring innovative strategies to reduce food waste in Iowa.
Hosted by the Iowa Food Access and Health Work Group in partnership with the Iowa Waste Reduction Center (IWRC), the free event will include presentations, exhibits, tours and networking opportunities.
