Des Moines Public School Central Campus Holds Virtual Open House On February 8-11, 2021

February 8, 2021

Central Campus – one of the nation’s premier secondary school programs for technical and career education – is holding their annual Open House this week.

But, like most events during these times, this year’s Open House is virtual. Sessions will be held throughout the week on Zoom.

Interested students and their parents are invited to join Central Campus faculty and current student to learn more about courses and program offerings. We encourage all parents and students in 8th grade and above to participate in this virtual house as well as community members who are interested in learning more about the world-class opportunities at Central Campus.

Teachers and current students will explain how Central Campus courses prepare students for the work force, what high school and college credits are available, and an opportunity for Q and A for prospective students and families.

High School students will be selecting coursework for the 2021-22 school year very shortly. The virtual open house is a great opportunity to learn more about available classes before finalizing your schedule.

The Central Campus Virtual Open House will be held February 8-11 from 4:30-6:30 PM each day. Please see below for a complete schedule of the available sessions as well as a link to join on Zoom.
