• Milford Truck Driver Charged in Fatal Kossuth County Crash (northwestiowanow.com) — An Emmetsburg woman was killed in an April Kossuth County crash, and a Milford truck driver now faces felony vehicular homicide and serious injury charges in her death. Investigators say he allegedly ran a stop sign and may have been on his phone, prompting county officials to add new signs and flashing lights at the rural intersection used by many area drivers.
