• Thrive Iowa to launch in Fayette and Clayton counties (cbs2iowa.com) — Families in Fayette County will soon have easier access to coordinated support services through the new Thrive Iowa initiative, which officially launches Oct. 20 in nearby Elkader. Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation will lead the effort in Fayette and Clayton counties, bringing together local partners and a Community Alliance to connect residents with a dedicated navigator and existing community resources.
