IC Police: Suspect harassed, tailed subject who has no-contact order against him (1630kcjj.com) — Iowa City Police report that a Coralville man allegedly violated a no-contact order by repeatedly calling a protected person, waiting outside their residence, and then following them by car until officers intervened near Dickinson Lane and Russell Drive. The 19-year-old now faces harassment and no-contact order violation charges that could bring up to a year in jail if convicted.
