City Of Iowa City Seeks Public Input To Help Guide The Development Of The Senior Center Facilities Plan

In the continuing effort to provide quality public facilities and opportunities for their members, the City of Iowa City is seeking public input as they develop a Senior Center Facilities Plan for the building located at 28 South Linn St. The purpose of the plan is to provide direction to the administration, the Senior Center Commission, and the City Council for future development, Capitol Improvement funding, and facility planning over the next five years and beyond.

This presentation provides details on three building plan options that have been developed over the past year. Here, you can also find detailed information about the project, proposed plan documents, and a link to provide your input. All of this and more are available at www.icgov.org/CenterFacilitiesPlan.

Your input is important, so respond soon! The survey will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020. Once closed, the data will be collected, analyzed, and used to help develop objectives, goals, and next steps in the building planning process.
