City Of Iowa City: Year-End Annual Comprehensive Financial Report Now Available

Iowa City's annual year-end financial report, which provides information on actual income, incurred expenses, and financial position through the end of fiscal year 2021, is now available at icgov.org/budget. Compilation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is required by the Iowa Code.

The 144-page report will be reviewed by the City Council and submitted to the City's bondholders.

It will also be forwarded to the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for consideration for an award in government financial reporting. The City of Iowa City has earned a GFOA award for excellence for the past 36 years. The ACFR was audited by the CPA firm Bohnsack & Frommelt LLP.
