You are invited to submit a research abstract for the 13th Annual Student Interdisciplinary Health Research Poster Session. The University of Iowa Interdisciplinary Health Group sponsors this poster session to give all University of Iowa students an opportunity to present health-related research and to encourage students to interact with researchers from areas other than their respective disciplines. The poster session will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the First Floor Atrium, Eckstein Medical Research Building (EMRB). Presenters may set up their posters between 9:30 and 10:45 am, and should be available to answer questions concerning their research from 11 am to 1 pm.
Ten awards of $100 each will be presented. Judging will occur between 11:00 am and 12 pm. Announcement of award winners will be at 12:30 pm.

Selection of abstracts for poster presentation will be based on quality and potential for, or actual relevance to, clinical and/or policy issues. Please submit your abstract via the Abstract Submission Form by Monday, April 2, 2012. Persons submitting abstracts will be notified by e-mail regarding acceptance by April 4, 2012.
