On Sunday, May 22 at 1:00 PM-3:00 PM come join us for our Family Day at Turkey Creek! This is a fun, FREE learning event! Join University of Iowa wildlife camps instructors and Taproot nature experience at Bur Oak Land Trust's Turkey Creek Nature Preserve for an afternoon of fun and learning. Activities will include seining Turkey Creek for critters, scavenger hunting, and birding. Experience the sights and sounds of creek life, learn about different prairie trees and plants, and find answers to all of your outdoor questions.
