Heads of State Who Are Serial Killers Cavort Gleefully in Public
Vladimir Putin and Mohammed Bin Salman smiled broadly and high-fived each other in congratulatory fashion after murdering journalists.
Two serial killers who are also heads of state smiled, high-fived, and congratulated each other on their psychopathic murders of journalists. I'd never seen Vladimir Putin smile so broadly and with such glee. He was high-fiving Mohammed Bin Salman, who was figuratively covered in blood from the barbaric murder of a Washington Post columnist of Saudi origin, Jamal Khashoggi.
Khashoggi was murdered at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey while applying for a marriage license. He had called Mohammed bin Salman (known as MbS, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia) a "beast" and criticized his brutal treatment of the Saudi people. Saudi Arabia is a country where people are still decapitated and crucified like prisoners of 2,000 years ago. MBS jailed feminists and made some of them disappear. The most famous among them are not allowed to run for elected office.
Gina Haspel, the CIA director, gave a closed-door rendition of the circumstances of the killing and the linkage to MbS' role in the killing to the U.S. Senate. I hope no details leak out. I already know more than I want to know about his savage torture and murder. I don't want to know more and I'm not sharing what I already know.

Vladimir Putin is equally brutal. The former head of the Soviet/Russian secret police, he too has had journalists who criticize him and his authoritarian regime murdered, both men and women.
And of course, our own president has waged war on the media. This is not a good sign. Another malignant narcissist who hated the media was Adolf Hitler.

Pres. Donald Trump should not embrace heads of state who kill journalists and celebrate their gory triumphs in view of the entire world. Not only does the sight of such celebrations make many of us sick, but money in Trump's pocket can't wash him clean. It just makes him rich.
In 1991 when Trump was teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, he sold his 282-foot yacht “Princess” to Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin-Talal for $20 million, which was allegedly a third less than what he paid for it.
In 2001 the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia bought the entire 45th floor of Trump Tower across from the United Nations in NYC for $12 million. Saudis stay in Trump's hotels. The Russians allegedly lent him money when no American banks would lend him a dime. Why? Because he'd either bankrupted four or six times -- four times according to many sources; six times according to Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
