Community Connection is a video series that highlights the different people and organizations in our community. Each episode, Mayor Bruce Teague interviews guests about a variety of issues that are important to our residents.

During a time when feelings of isolation and depression have only been magnified by the pandemic, addressing mental health issues is critical in our community. James Gomez, Program Director of Compeer of Johnson County, discusses how the social program matches trained volunteers with adults experiencing mental illness. Learn how the program has adapted during COVID-19 to continue addressing this critical need.
