Iowa City Council Meetings Now Start An Hour Earlier

'You can participate in meetings and can comment on an agenda item via Zoom.'

Effective immediately, City Council meetings will now start an hour earlier.

The permanent change means that work sessions and formal meetings, both normally held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, will begin earlier: work sessions at 4 p.m. and formal meetings at 6 p.m.
