Iowa City Named One of the Top 10 Cities for Book Lovers by Livability.com
It may not be surprising, but it's always nice to make a list.

Rejoice Iowa City book worms, for verily thou hast been named cream of the book loving crop -- or some such -- by the website Livability.com.
Whatever that is worth. Verily.
The review also praises Iowa City indie book stores Prairie Lights and the Haunted Bookshop, in addtion to several others.

This may not come as much of a surprise for a town with book sculptures, a book festival, a famous writers workshop, some great libraries, yadda yadda yadda, but the fact that Iowa City only finished fifth? After all, Iowa City is one of only a handful of cities in the world designated as a UNESCO City of Literature.
Charlottesville, VA? Kansas City, MO? Livability.com, this is an outrage. I demand satisfaction!
