Iowa City OWI Arrests and Circumstances

Police reported Friday that Ike Hunter Brunette, 20, of Iowa City, was operating a blue 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was stopped for driving without headlights. He was arrested for OWI, first offense.
Officers observed Ryan Patrick Lynch, 24, of Iowa City, traveling on S. Scott Boulevard on Monday at 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, according to a criminal complaint. Officers stopped the vehicle at Heinz Road and Triple Crown Lane. Lynch was arrested for OWI, 1st offense.
Officers observed James Michael Hauser II, 22, of Iowa City, speeding Saturday eastbound on Benton Avenue, according to a criminal complaint. He was stopped and charged with OWI, 2nd offense.

Brandon Michael Vilmont, 22, of Clinton, ran a red light at the intersection of Iowa and Jefferson streets on Saturday, according to a criminal complaint. He blew a 0.126, according to the complaint, and was charged with OWI, 1st offense.
Ashlee Jo Seibert, 20, of Iowa City, was stopped near the 500 block of E. Burlington Street. Officers said she had "bloodshot, watery eyes and a strong odor of alcoholic beverages." She was charged with OWI, 1st offense.

Officers observed Samantha Lynn Carter, 25, of Coralville, speeding downtown, according to a criminal complaint. She was stopped and charged with OWI, 1st offense.
