Via the <a href="http://www.facebook.com/IowaCitySchools" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">school district's Facebook page</a>: <blockquote> The Iowa City Schools will be on a 2-hour late start schedule on Thursday, 1/31/2013. Schools will dismiss at their normal Thursday dismissal time. </blockquote> I'll add more cancellations and delays as I get them throughout the evening and morning tomorrow.
