JC District Court Ruled That the School Board Acted Illegally in Denying the Hoover Petition

The news is good. The board acted illegally and Joe Holland, the district's attorney, was wrong.

Gregg Geerdes was the attorney for Heather Young and the other plaintiffs. They won. Chris Lynch, board president; Brian Kirschling, board director; LaTasha DeLoach, former board director (until 7/14/17); and board director Paul Roesler lost.
