Per "Mallard Fillmore," Clarence Thomas Has Joined Male MeToos

Misogynistic males like Donald Trump and Charles Grassley are drawing portraits of themselves as innocent victims of the #MeToo movement.

As portrayed by cartoonist Tinsley of conservative "Mallard Fillmore" notoriety, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has joined the hierarchy of male victims of the #MeToo movement of female sexual assault survivors. In Tinsley's October 20th, 2018 cartoon Clarence Thomas, who once asked his coworkers, "Who put a pubic hair on my Coke can?" is pictured looking serious, even dignified, and reading a scroll titled "Kavanaugh hearings." Thomas is drawn with a thought bubble that says, "Me too." He swung the day in his hearing by declaring he was the victim of "a high-tech lynching," referring to the fact that he is African-American.

Anita Hill, his African-American coworker, testified at his Supreme Court hearing that he would not stop asking her out, bragged about the size of his, uh, gavel; and his sexual prowess. The four women who would have corroborated her testimony were not allowed to testify. Democrats like Joe Biden, in that case, joined in the sexist oppression of an honest woman. Besides the fact that Biden initially described Barack Obama as "clean and articulate," I see him as too old and too biased to be president, though he's clearly running again.

Other blasts from the past, misogynists like Donald Trump, 72, and 85-year-old Iowa farmer Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) rally fellow Republicans by yelling, "Remember Kavanaugh!" also picture themselves as victims of a "mob," by which they mean a gathering of sexual assault survivors daring to invade the majority male halls of the Senate. (There were 22 female U.S. senators at last count.) Sexual assault survivors, including the one who forced conservative Republican Sen. Jeff Flake (AZ) to look at her while she was talking to him at a Senate elevator, were there to protest the promotion of an alt-right, credibly accused sexual assaulter to a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.

Mahatma Gandhi said, "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."

Women activists must be at the "then they fight you" stage, and that's why the fight for equal rights is getting so ugly. Women must turn out at the polls November 6th and vote Democrat! The Republican Party is gone. It's now the Party of Trump and Trumpism, which is corrupt, sexist, and suppressing the vote by coming up with false claims of voter fraud when voter fraud is practically nonexistent.

And then there were 14 pipe bombs aimed at Democratic former presidents, Democrats critical of Trump, Democratic senators critical of Trump, former CIA director John Brennan, CNN, a movie actor critical of Trump (Robert De Niro). Fortunately, the bomber couldn't spell and his spelling mistakes were consistent. He left DNA traces and a thumbprint on at least one of the packages. Since Cesar Sayoc, Jr. had an extensive criminal record, including a bomb threat, that helped the FBI find him.

Then there was a mass shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in the predominately Jewish Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Eleven people died in the Synagogue and police officers were injured, one critically. A 97-year-old Jew survived the Holocaust and died at the synagogue by the hand of an alt-right wacko with an AR-15 and pistols, allegedly Robert Bowers who faults Trump for being "a globalist," not a "nationalist" as Trump claims to be. So Trump isn't white nationalist enough for this looney.

Why do all these crazies have weapons of mass destruction? Trump, of course, offended many people by trotting out the NRA's line that if the Jews in the synagogue had had an armed guard inside, they would have been safe or safer. "Harden the target," the NRA says, sending guns to schools like Brownell just did. They just want to sell more guns. It's extremely rare that anyone takes out a mass killer before they do any harm or kill multiple people. I remember one instance where an off-duty police officer, a woman, killed a shooter in church in Colorado, I think it was, before he'd killed more than one person. I've heard many more reports of mass casualties.
