Metal Bezel class through Kirkwood Community College

Tuesday, March 10, 6pm to 9pm: Metal Bezels through Kirkwood Community College--$45 registration fee/$35 materials fee.

Use your soldering skills to make a bezel around a stone cabochon. Participants will make a simple pendant as a vehicle for learning metal bezeling skills. Instructor: Leslie Hollis, MFA

Prerequisite: simple soldering, see Soldering Sampler class on Feb. 7 or Soldered Pendant classes through Kirkwood.

Registration is through Kirkwood Community College. Register at:

www.kirkwood.edu and go to Continuing Education and then search for Beadology Iowa under the instructor search. On site registrations will be taken if registration through Kirkwood meets minimum requirements of two participants.

Note: This class is a prerequisite for Metal Ring with Embellishments on March 14.
