North Liberty, IA Implements The Compliance Engine

Brycer, LLC is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with the City of North Liberty, Iowa to provide The Compliance Engine (TCE), a web-based application created to help streamline and improve the process of reporting third party inspection, testing, and maintenance reports to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The Compliance Engine will assist the North Liberty Fire Department in more easily administering the compliance and life safety data inflow for fire protection systems such as fire alarms and sprinklers, in their jurisdiction.

“Our job is to ensure there are no gaps in compliance,” said Assistant Chief Bryan Hardin. “We can’t afford to not know about untested or unmaintained systems or to have any systems that are untested or unmaintained. The Compliance Engine helps us manage, assess, and reduce any potential risk, including the risk of false alarms due to system malfunctions, which can be extremely costly to our Department and the community as a whole.”

“We are glad to welcome the North Liberty Fire Department as a new user of The Compliance Engine,” said Brycer CEO Matt Rice. “It is obvious that fire prevention officers such as Assistant Chief Hardin are forward-thinking in their approach to risk mitigation, especially when it comes to saving lives. We believe our partnership will make both organizations stronger in helping to increase code compliance through The Compliance Engine
