Evelyn Torres, 59, died peacefully at the Iowa City Rehabilitation and Care Center on Wednesday, April 9th, 2014.
Evelyn was born October 24, 1954 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Juan and Lydia Davlia Torres.
