Jack H. Bickenbach, 92, of Iowa City and formerly of Independence, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Briarwood Health Care Center in Iowa City.
Jack chose to donate his body to the University of Iowa Deeded Body Program. No services will be held.
Survivors include his two daughters, Jackie Bickenbach and her husband David Eichmann of Iowa City and Jody Hughes and her husband Scott of Lake Arrowhead, California.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Beryl (Hunter) Bickenbach, his wife Norma, and a sister Polly Frank.
