Thomas "Tom" H. Schmitz, 53, of Plano, Texas and formerly of Iowa City, died January 2, 2014 at his home in Texas.
A memorial service will be held Friday, January 17th at 1:00 p.m. at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City. Pastor Jeff Tackaberry will officiate. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City.
Memorials may be directed to the Thomas Schmitz Memorial Fund.
