Iowa City Community School District board member Phil Hemingway is holding a listening post from 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m. Saturday, 7/8, at meeting room A of the Iowa City Public Library, for any member of the district or public who would like to pose questions about the $191.5 million school bond (vote to be held September 12th, 2017), the Shimek Elementary School playground, and Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliance (or lack thereof) within the Iowa City Community School District.
