SCOTUS Allows Nationwide Health Care Subsidies
The Supreme Court just announced that it will allow health care subsidies under the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare.

The U.S. Supreme Court just announced its decision to allow nationwide health care subsidies under the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. I read it in the New York Times, and as soon as I can fight my way to the link, I’ll include it.
Chief Justice John Roberts saved the Affordable Care Act once again. Only three Supreme Court justices dissented, and they were the most conservative of the justices: Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito.
I read elsewhere that the Mr. King in King vs. Burwell, the name of the case in question, who brought the suit in the first place, is a veteran who gets his medical care from the Veterans Administration. The decision in the case, which was written by Chief Justice John Roberts, wouldn’t have affected him no matter which way it went.
