(VIDEO) The Dark Knight Rises in Iowa City: It's Batman Week at the Iowa City Public Library

Every week we will be featuring some Staff Picks from the Iowa City Public Library that you can check out on the weekend. This week we talk about all things Batman in advance of the new Batman film coming out this week.

Every week we feature new staff picks by the staff.

This week, we spoke with Brian Visser, Community Services Assistant at the (and avowed Batman fan) for his recommendations on titles featuring the caped crusader. Visser survived the Patch lightning round and provided a variety of different suggestions.

Also this week: the library will be showing different movies leading up to the theatrical release of Christopher Nolan's third and final Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises" this Friday. Attendance is free at the library, and there will be popcorn. Sounds like a good deal to me.
