After a Year Off, Urbandale Community Theatre is Coming Back – Starting Monday
A kickoff meeting will be held Monday, June 24, to plan the group's summer 2014 musical production. Any residents in the Des Moines metro can attend.

Been missing the Urbandale Community Theatre? You're in luck.
A kickoff meeting will be held Monday, June 24, to plan the group's summer 2014 musical production. The meeting will be at the Urbandale Library, located 3520 86th St., at 7 p.m.
Residents of Urbandale, Johnston, Des Moines, and surrounding areas are all invited to attend.
Those with an interest in theater should consider attending. The group is primarily looking for individuals with a background in theatre production, to be members of the Board, as well as volunteers to fill roles in acting, singing, dancing, and more.
Those interested are asked to bring a resumé to the meeting.

According to the Urbandale Community Action Network's website, the group took a year off to reform, revitalize, and restructure the community theater.
