Arrest for OWI, Underage Possession of Alcohol: Johnston Police Reports

Gina Nicole Hernandez, 23, of 4207 Madison Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Nicholas Dillon Stephens, 20, of 2005 Vista View Drive, Granger, was charged with second-offense OWI, possession of alcohol under the legal age and improper use of lanes.
