Camp Dodge Summer Concert Series Features '50s Rock, Car Show

Richie Lee and the Fabulous Fifties will be the performer at Thursday'sΒ free public Adjutant General's Concert Series, which runs on Thursdays through June 27.
As a bonus, it's a cruise night with a car show; parking for that starts at 4:45 p.m.
TheΒ Adjutant General's Summer Concert Series is heldΒ at the historic Camp Dodge pool complex, 7105 N.W. 70th Ave. inΒ Johnston.Β The concert series, which is free and open to the public, consists of four concerts on successive Thursdays, ending June 27.
Adjutant General of Iowa, Maj. Gen. Tim Orr, said the public isΒ invited to attend.
Concerts start at 7 p.m.; bring your lawn chairs.
Concessions from local vendors will be available andΒ coolers and picnic baskets are also welcome.
In the event of inclement weather, concerts will be rescheduled, if possible.
Visitors should enter Camp Dodge through the Northwest 70th Avenue gate. Photo identification (a driver's license is acceptable) is required for admittance to Camp Dodge for individuals 16 years of age and older.
