April 18
A resident in the 8900 block of Valley Parkway reported a case of identity theft after someone filed a fraudulent tax return using the resident's information.

April 19
A woman reported that a window was broken out of her vehicle while it was parked at Wynnsong movie theater, 5233 Stoney Creek Court. A work bag was taken. Damage was estimated at between $500 and $1,000.

Holly Marie Koepke, 31, of 6330 N.W. 106th St., Apt. 207, Johnston, was charged with domestic assault with injury.
