Ceremony Planned Saturday to Welcome Home Soldiers From Afghanistan
Members of the 1034th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion will return to Johnston after spending almost a year deployed.

A homecoming ceremony for about 60 Iowa soldiers is planned for Saturday, according to KCCI Channel 8.
The ceremony will take place at 1 p.m. the Freedom Center at Camp Dodge. The public is invited.
The returning Iowa Army National Guard soldiers are part of 1034th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, deployed to Afghanistan in August 2012, KCCI reported.
