The Johnston Public Library is partnering with the Polk County Health Department to host a community flu clinic on Wednesday, Oct. 6. Appointments are necessary, please sign up at: immunizepolk.com. If you do not have internet or computer access, please call the Polk County Call Center at (515) 323-5221 Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If applicable, please have your insurance or Medicaid card available.
