Dispute Over Items Ownership, OWI: Johnston Police Blotter
The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Aug. 25. Take a look at the reports.

Aug. 23
A 53-year-old man reported his truck battery and some tools were taken from his vehicle in the 4700 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue. He told officers he knew who had taken the items. Officers spoke to both parties and both said the items were theirs and neither had receipts or proof of ownership of any of the items. No charges filed at this time.
Aug. 25
Sean Johnson, 35, was charged with operating while intoxicated and cited for driving on the wrong side of the highway at 9800 Northwest Beaver Drive.
