Dragons Volleyball Set to Play Ankeny in State Tournament Nov. 7

The Johnston Dragons volleyball team secured a trip to the state tournament Tuesday evening.
The Dragons (26-8) bested Cedar Falls winning three of the four sets.
Taylor Joens had 19 kills and Keely Larkin tallied 24 digs in Johnston’s 25-22, 17-25, 25-22, 25-21 victory, according to the Des Moines Register.

The Dragons face Ankeny (29-6) in the first round of the state tournament at 3 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena.
