Oct. 1:
A woman reported her vehicle was hit while it was parked in a parking lot on Norfolk Drive.

Oct. 5:

Raquel Ann Ball, 38, of Urbandale, was arrested on NW Beaver Drive and charged with operating while intoxicated and open container.
A woman reported receiving harassing text messages and phone calls from a male subject that she knows.

Oct. 6:

Youth Homes of Mid America reported a runaway; he returned later that night.
