ChildServe will host its second annual Bubble Ball on Saturday, March 31 at Capital Square in downtown Des Moines. Festivities for this gala event will begin at 7 p.m. and include cocktails,dinner, and a runway fashion show inspired by bubble wrap! All designers are local artists.
