Proceeds from this event will help fund the Club’s projects both locally and internationally.  Local projects include:  scholarships for Johnston High School Seniors, dictionaries for all Johnston elementary school 3rd Graders, and the Kiwanis Miracle League.  The Kiwanis International project is Project Eliminate.

Project Eliminate will eradicate Maternal/Neonatal Tetanus throughout the world.  This terrible disease kills one baby every 9 minutes.  The vaccine costs $1.80 per mother.  If Kiwanis can raise $110 million, millions of mothers and babies will be saved.
