The 2nd Annual American Diabetes Association Central Iowa Tour de Cure. The various routes on this scenic bicycle tour will take you through Waukee, Clive, Urbandale, Windsor Heights, West Des Moines, Des Moines, Ankeny, JOHNSTON and Grimes. Rest stops are located at eight metro YMCA's. Support vehicles will patrol the routes for your assistance and safety. The official routes are posted on our website. Riders of all abilities may choose a route from a 5 Mile Family Fun Ride, a 25-mile, 50-mile or 100-mile Century Ride.
