Students Offer Free Face Painting at the Johnston Farmers' Market
Local cosmetology students will be on hand to do the face-painting.
In case you needed another reason to head to the Johnston Farmers Market, here's another one.
Free face-painting courtesy of cosmetology students from La’James International College in Johnston.
Students will be at the Johnston Partnership for a Healthy Community booth on July 9 and 30 from 3:30-6:30 p.m., according to the Des Moines Register.
Johnston Partnership for a Healthy Community is sponsoring the event, the article said.
The Johnston Farmers Market is held every Tuesday during the summer in the parking lot of City Hall, which is located on Merle Hay Road and 62nd Avenue.
