Fraudulent Charge Reported on Walmart Online Account: Johnston Police Reports

A resident in the 6800 block of Northwest Trail Ridge Drive reported a fraudulent charge on his Walmart.com account.
Javier de Jesus Ortiz Mejia, 24, of 1428 Pennsylvania Ave., Apt. 7, Des Moines, was arrested in the 6200 block of Merle Hay Road on an outstanding warrant.

Authorities with Youth Homes of Mid America reported a runaway. An officer located the teen and returned him to the facility.
