PPEL Vote
Don't forget to get out and vote today on the continuation of the Johnston Community School District PPEL. The money allows the district to continue providing building improvements, technology upgrades and more. Find out where the polls are here. Read more about PPEL here.
Band Concerts
Several Johnston elementary schools will host band concerts tonight in their buildings. Horizon Elementary performs a winter concert at 6:30 p.m. Lawson Elementary band students perform at 6:30 p.m. Wallace Elementary fifth-grade students perform at 7 p.m.
Storytime
The Johnston Public Library presents storytime for children ages 3 to 6 years of age. Storytime is at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Alcoholics Anonymous
St. James Lutheran Church hosts Alcoholics Anonymous at 8 p.m.
