Harassing Police Officer, Vehicle Damage: Johnston Police Blotter

Officers were dispatched to the 470 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue on a domestic dispute between a husband and wife.
Damon Rodriquez Jr., 18, was arrested for harassing a police officer by providing false information.
A 37-year-old man reported that his vehicle was hit while it was parked at his apartment in the 4800 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue. The man believed a towing company had done the damage. When officers arrived the tow truck driver was present, and the officer could find no evidence that the tow truck had caused the damage. A witness told the officer he did not see the truck strike the car.
