Hit and Run Accident Reported at Johnston High School: Johnston Police Blotter

April 9
John Goranson, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and cited for driving with no proof of insurance on Interstate 35/80.
April 8
A 32-year-old woman reported her son's bike was stolen from their patio in the 5700 block of Northwest 55th Avenue. She described the bike as an orange and block Mongoose brand.
April 6
A 42-year-old man reported that his vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident while parked at Johnston High School. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
