Homecoming Coronation, Game - And More In Johnston Today

Homecoming Coronation
Johnston High School will crown the king and queen of the prior to the varsity football game against Waukee at Johnston Stadium, at approximately 7 p.m. The candidates are: Katie Giles, Marcus Devens, Karsen Kramer, Dylan Johnson, Ried Lefler, Luke Jorgenson, Julie Schultz, Michael Kinning, Anna Twickler and Richard Wang.

Homecoming Game
The Johnston Dragons take on Waukee for Homecoming tonight at 7:30 p.m. The 10th grade team faces Waukee at 4:45 p.m. in Johnston.

Senior Activities
The Johnston Senior Center at host tennis at 9 a.m., scrapbooking from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and bingo at 12:30 p.m.

Art in the Barn Tickets
Tickets to , which is Sept. 16, are now available at the Johnston Public Library. Tickets are $20 per person for the wine and cheese, music and art show.
