Homeowner Locked Out, Shatters Door: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Nov. 23 and Nov. 24. Take a look at the reports.

Nov. 23
Officers were dispatched on a report of someone yelling and beating on the door of a residence in the 8500 block of Northwest 69th Street. The male resident had locked himself out of the house and had shattered the door in an attempt to get in.

Nov. 24
Officers were dispatched to a dispute between a mother and her 16-year-old son.

Parents reported their 16-year-old daughter had run away.

Officers responded to a call of a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend.
