December 1st through December 8th the City of Johnston is hosting the annual outdoor lighting contest. Join in a little friendly holiday competition with your neighbors to see which Johnston home will be named the most festive house in the City. Johnston police officers will make a note of decorated homes during their regular night patrols and winners will be selected in each area of Johnston. Winners receive both recognition and prize money.`
