  • Clarissa Ridgway placed first overall for kids favorite sandwich and first in the nine to 12 year old class.
  • Joseph Ridgway placed second overall and first in the five to eight year old age group.

Cake Balls

  • Sophia Ridgway placed second and first in the speciality decorated cake ball class.

Yummy's Young Decorations

  • Elissa Krause placed first overall and first in the 13 to 16 year old age group.

Iowa's Best Brisket

  • Jim Woodsmall won first place judged on smoke flavor, appearance, moisture and texture.

Desserts for Jake

  • Natalie Ridgway placed third. Entrants were asked to create their best non-chocolate dessert.

Machine Shed Pies Competition

  • Larry Harker placed first in the Gooseberry category, second in the rhubarb custard category, and first in the other category.

Salsa Competition

  • Cheryl Pike was awarded second in the vegetable salsa class.

Culinary Herbs and Herb's Herbs

  • Henric Krause placed third in the Thyme category and third in the any other category.

Unique Hot Chocolate in a Cup

  • Henric Krause placed fist in the contest

Most Unusual Vegetable

  • Stuart Spencer took home second place for accident or nature vegetable

Mom Calling

  • Tess Meggison placed six in the five to nine age group

Blue Ribbon Bread Pudding

  • Natalie Ridgway placed third based on height, flavor, appearance and custard texture

Baby Back Rib Big Baby Competition

  • Jim Woodsmall placed second based on smoke flavor, appearance, moisture and flavor

Dessert on-a-stick

  • Natalie Ridgway placed second when asked to take a traditional recipe and make it her own with story detailing inspiration.
