Johnston Businesses Share Messages of Sympathy in Wake of Bombings

Johnston residents and business owners took to Facebook to join the nation in mourning those killed and injured in Monday's bombings.

Johnston residents joined with Bostonians and Americans in using social media to mourn theΒ three people killed and more than 100 injured in Monday's bombings at the Boston Marathon.

Authorities still have not named a suspect in what President Obama called "an act of terrorism," reports Fenway Patch in Boston.

While the search continues for the bomber, details have emerged about the explosive devices themselves, which surgeons said were packed with "small pellets and sharp 'nail-like' objects that were designed to maim their victims,"Β the New York Times reported.
