Johnston Girls' Soccer Headed to State Tournament Thursday
The Johnston girls' soccer team defeated Urbandale 1-0 Monday night to win a trip to the state tournament in Muscatine.
The Johnston boys aren't the only ones to have a stellar soccer season.
The Dragon varsity girls' soccer team is on the way the Iowa High School State Tournament.
Johnston, which has a 14-4 record before regional play, will meet Bettendorf in the first game of the tournament at 5:15 p.m. Thursday in Muscatine.
