Johnston Police Blotter: Trespassing and Harassment
The Johnston Police Department answered a number of calls from Dec. 2-9.

Dec. 9
A caller reported someone had hit a cable box that was by the side of the road, then left the scene.
Dec. 8
Robert Hudson, 47, was charged with driving while suspended and his vehicle was impounded in the 5700 block of Northwest 57th Avenue.
Officers reported to Kum & Go, 5225 N.W. 86th St., on a call of two males attempting to steal items from the store. The store did not press charges.
Wayne Brundidge, 26, was charged with operating while intoxicated, speeding more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit, and unsafe approach to a stationary vehicle along westbound I-80/35.
Dec. 7
A 61-year-old woman reported her business cell phone was stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 6773 block of Cardiff Court.
Dec. 6
An employee of Advantage Homes reported items worth $8,300 were stolen from property between October and Dec. 1 in the 5800 block of Northwest Beaver Drive.
Dec. 5
Officers responded to a call of a woman trespassing at Johnston High School.
Dec. 4
Tajya Cason, 19, was charged with stealing $45 from a co-worker at Panera Bread, 5525 Merle Hay Road.
Dec. 2
A 14-year-old reported receiving harassing text messages and phone calls in the 6200 block of 6200 Northwest 62nd Avenue.
