Johnston Police Seek Community's Help in Wynnsong Car Break-In
The Johnston Police Department released an alert asking for the community's help in identifying a suspect in connection with a car break-in at Wynnsong Theaters.
The is seeking the community's help in identifying an individual in connection with a vehicle that was broken into at the parking lot Dec. 26.
The victim's purse was taken during the break-in and her credit cards were used to make multiple purchases at stores in Ankeny and Des Moines, police said.
Johnston Police are attempting to identify the man in the blue "Carolina" zip-up sweatshirt.

A second man, in the dark blue sweatshirt, was identified as Steven James Brown. Brown has been charged for his involvement in the alleged theft.
The Johnston Police Department is attempting to identify the other man so he can be questioned regarding any knowledge about or involvement in the theft.
